What we bring

Pick your booth

Very different machines, and they all end the same way: with your guests holding something they want to show someone.

Compare them side by side

360 Photo Booth

A rotating arm sweeps a camera around your guests while they stand on a lit platform. Everyone gets a slow-motion video on their phone before they leave the dance floor.

No surprises

The price we quote is the price you pay

Local delivery, setup and pickup are in the number, not added to it on the day. We arrive early, level everything, run the power and set the lighting to your colors. At the end of the night we come back and take it all away, so nobody in your wedding party is loading a van at midnight.

Out of town deliveries carry a small extra fee. We tell you what it is before you book, never afterwards.

How it works

Four steps, and only one of them is yours

The whole point of hiring someone is not having to think about it on the day. Here is the entire process.

  1. Tell us the date

Send the date, the venue and roughly how many guests. We check availability and come back with a real price, not a range.

  2. Pick the booth

If you are torn, say so. We will tell you honestly which one suits your room and your crowd, and when two booths are worth it.

  3. We deliver and set up

We arrive early enough that everything is up, leveled and lit to your colors before the first guest arrives.

  4. We pack it down

At the end of the night we come back for it. You go home. That part is included too.

Weddings

Built for the gap between dinner and dancing

There is a stretch at every wedding where the speeches are over, the band is still setting up and nobody is quite sure what to do. That is the hour a booth pays for itself.

  • It fills the floor. The queue becomes the party, and the party moves to wherever the booth is.
  • It reaches the people photos miss. Your photographer cannot be everywhere. The booth catches the table that never got up.
  • It sends itself. Guests share the clips that night, so the wedding lives online before the gallery arrives.
  • It gives the shy ones a reason. Nobody has to dance to take part, which is most of the room at most weddings.
  • It needs nothing from you. We deliver it, set it up, light it and take it away, so no one in your wedding party is handling equipment.

Not only weddings

The other rooms we end up in

A booth behaves differently at a company party than it does at a reunion in a park. Each of these says what changes, and which booth we would actually bring.

Every event type we cover

Colleagues in business dress laughing together in front of an illuminated mirror photo booth at a corporate drinks reception, holding printed photo strips

Corporate Events

Branding on the prints, a slot that fits the run of show, and one invoice at the end.

The magic mirror, usually.

Four colleagues laughing in front of a glowing pink LED photo booth wall at a company holiday party in a warm candlelit restaurant room

Company Holiday Parties

December fills first, the rooms are tighter, and it is often the only night the whole company is together.

The LED inflatable booth, if the room allows it.

Teenagers in suits and party dresses laughing together on a lit 360 photo booth platform at a bar mitzvah reception, several of the boys wearing kippot, with grandparents laughing beside them

Bar & Bat Mitzvahs

Thirteen year olds and grandparents in the same room, with completely different ideas of a good photo.

The 360 booth for the kids, with a second booth if the budget allows.

A quinceanera in a royal blue gown and tiara laughing with her court of friends in coral and turquoise, in front of a balloon arch and a number fifteen balloon display

Quinceañeras

A court of fifteen in one frame, a ballgown, and a palette the lighting can be set to.

The LED inflatable wall, with the 360 alongside it if the budget allows.

Four generations of one family together outdoors at a reunion in a Florida park on a sunny afternoon, under live oak trees

Family Reunions

Outdoors, in daylight, with four generations who will not all be together again for years.

The LED inflatable booth outdoors, the magic mirror if you want prints.

Who you are hiring

A small family business, not a rental warehouse

Booths & Such Rentals is women and family run. The people who answer the phone are the people who show up at your venue, which is why the answers you get before the event still hold on the day.

We kept the list of what we rent deliberately short and the equipment deliberately current. A small range, looked after properly, is worth more to your party than a catalog of things nobody has tested.

Questions

Before you ask

How much does a photo booth rental cost in Orlando?

Price depends on which booth you want, your date, how many hours you need and where the venue is. Local delivery, setup and pickup are already included in the number we quote, so nothing is added on afterwards. Send us the details and we will come back with a real figure rather than a range.

Do you deliver, set up and take the booth away?

Yes, and it is included in the price for local events. We arrive early, set up, get the lighting right and come back at the end to pack it down. Out of town deliveries carry a small extra fee, quoted upfront.

Which booth should I pick?

The 360 booth for video your guests will post that night, the LED inflatable booth when you want the room to change color after dark, and the magic mirror when you want prints in people's hands. Plenty of events take two.

How far in advance should I book?

Sooner is better for Saturdays in wedding season, but it is always worth asking. If your date is open we will tell you straight away.

What areas do you serve?

Orlando, Winter Park, Altamonte Springs, Lake Mary, Sanford, Oviedo, Winter Garden, Clermont, Celebration, Deltona, DeLand and Daytona Beach, plus the surrounding Central Florida area. Further out is usually still a yes, with a small delivery fee.

Tell us about your event

Send us the date, the venue and roughly how many guests, and we will come back with availability and a price. Delivery, setup and pickup are already in it.
