What changes

Why this is not just a party with a booth in it

December fills first, the rooms are tighter, and it is often the only night the whole company is together.

Each of these changes something practical: the booth we would bring, where it stands, or when it opens.

  1. December is the one month that sells out

Most events are spread across the calendar. Company parties are not. They land in a three week window, they cluster on Fridays and Saturdays, and the good dates go first. If you are reading this in the fall, ask now. If you are reading it in December, still ask, because a cancellation is always possible.

  2. The room is usually smaller than a ballroom

Holiday parties happen in a restaurant's private room, a hotel suite or the office itself, not in a reception hall built for two hundred. That is the constraint that decides which booth works, and it is worth measuring before you choose.

  3. It is often the only night the whole company is together

Remote colleagues fly in, the warehouse meets the office, people bring partners. It is the one evening of the year where a group photo is genuinely worth having, and where the people in it may never all be in one room again.

  4. Nobody wants to be the one organizing it on the night

Whoever booked the party is usually also hosting it. Delivery, setup and pickup are in the quoted price, so the person who organized it gets to attend it.

Our recommendation

The LED inflatable booth, if the room allows it.

Holiday parties happen after dark in rooms that are not built for atmosphere, and the LED wall is the piece that changes the character of a room rather than just sitting in it. Seven main colors are preset and the remote's color ring covers everything between, so it can be set to something festive or to your brand colors. Where the room is genuinely tight, the magic mirror has the smaller footprint at roughly 8 by 8 feet and still gives everyone a print to take home.

We deliver it, set it up and take it away

Local delivery, setup and pickup are in the price we quote, not added to it on the day. We arrive early enough to level everything, run the power and set the lighting before your guests are in the room, and we come back at the end to pack it down.

Out of town deliveries carry a small extra fee. We tell you what it is before you book, never afterwards.

Questions

Company Holiday Partie questions

When should we book a photo booth for a December holiday party?

As early as you can. Company parties concentrate into a few weeks in December and cluster on Fridays and Saturdays, so those dates go before anything else on the calendar. It is always worth asking even at short notice, because dates do come free, but early is genuinely better for this one event type.

Will a photo booth fit in a restaurant's private room?

Often, yes. The magic mirror needs roughly an 8 by 8 foot area with a clear wall behind it, which is the smallest footprint we carry. The LED inflatable wall is 10 feet wide, and the 360 booth wants about 10 by 10 feet. Send us the room dimensions and we will tell you honestly what fits.

Can the lighting match our company colors?

Yes, on the LED inflatable booth. Seven main colors are one button away and the remote's touch color ring covers the shades in between, along with mode, speed and brightness. Tell us the colors you want and we will set it before we leave.

Can you set up in our office rather than a venue?

Yes, as long as there is a level surface, an outlet within reach and enough clear floor for the booth you choose. Offices are often easier than venues because there are no access restrictions to work around.

Do you deliver and collect, or do we have to handle it?

We deliver, set up and come back at the end to pack it down, and that is included in the price for local events. Out of town deliveries carry a small extra fee, quoted upfront.
