What changes

Why this is not just a party with a booth in it

Branding on the prints, a slot that fits the run of show, and one invoice at the end.

Each of these changes something practical: the booth we would bring, where it stands, or when it opens.

  1. Your branding, not ours

At a wedding nobody wants a logo in the corner. At a company event that is the entire point. Tell us what you want on the prints and on the mirror screen when you inquire and we will tell you what is possible for your date.

  2. It runs to a schedule, not to a mood

A reception booth opens when the dancing starts and closes when people leave. A corporate booth has a slot: a drinks hour, an exhibition window, the ninety minutes between the awards and the close. We set up around your run of show and we are out before the room turns over.

  3. The venue has rules, and they are not the couple's

Hotel ballrooms, convention space and office buildings mean a loading dock, a service elevator, a certificate of insurance and often a window when you are allowed to be in the room at all. Send us the venue's requirements with your inquiry so none of it is a surprise on the day.

  4. One invoice, one contact

You are booking on behalf of a company rather than paying for your own party. Tell us who the invoice goes to and what reference it needs, and we will keep the paperwork on your terms.

Our recommendation

The magic mirror, usually.

It is the one that takes branding best, because the prints and the on-screen prompts are the surface your logo lives on, and people walk away holding something physical rather than a link they have to find later. The 360 booth is the better choice when the goal is social reach rather than a keepsake, because the clips leave the room on your guests' own accounts.

Included in the quote

We deliver it, set it up and take it away

Local delivery, setup and pickup are in the price we quote, not added to it on the day. We arrive early enough to level everything, run the power and set the lighting before your guests are in the room, and we come back at the end to pack it down.

Out of town deliveries carry a small extra fee. We tell you what it is before you book, never afterwards.

Questions

Corporate Event questions

Can the photo booth be branded with our company logo?

Tell us what you have in mind when you get in touch and we will let you know what is possible for your date. The magic mirror is the most brandable of them, because the prints and the on-screen prompts are both surfaces your artwork can live on.

Can you work around our conference agenda?

Yes. Send us the run of show with your inquiry. We would rather set up in a gap you have already planned than ask you to build one for us, and we will agree the open and close times before the day.

Our venue needs a certificate of insurance. Can you provide one?

Ask us when you inquire and we will tell you exactly what we can supply for your venue. It is worth raising early, because some hotels and convention centers want it well before the event date.

How much space does a corporate photo booth need?

The magic mirror needs roughly an 8 by 8 foot area with a clear wall behind it. The 360 booth needs closer to 10 by 10 feet so the arm can turn. Both need one standard outlet within reach. If your floor plan is tight, send it over and we will tell you what fits.

Can you invoice our company rather than take a card?

Tell us who the invoice goes to and any reference or purchase order number it needs when you book, and we will set it up that way.

Tell us about your corporate event

Send us the date, the venue and roughly how many guests, and we will come back with availability and a price. Delivery, setup and pickup are already in it.
